TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HYPER RESULTS FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
